The Dennett & Popp Dodge invoice (No. 10219) is also dated April 3, 1968 and shows that Mr. Oliva traded in a 1959 Dodge Sierra Wagon and with trade-in paid $4,857.30 for the new Wagoneer. In the new car category; it conveys that the dealership installed Warn hubs, radio (Jeep AM), locking gas cap and undercoating. The Wagoneer is driven by its original Buick 350-cid V-8 Dauntless engine ($210.95 accessory charge), automatic transmission ($266.78), fresh air heater and defroster, power steering and alternator. The Buick 350 was used by Kaiser-Jeep and AMC Jeep in the Jeep Gladiator and Wagoneer models from 1968 to ‘71; in these applications, the engine was termed as the "Dauntless V-8".

The Jeep has received a top quality recent repaint in the original color of President Red, while the interior is reported as being all original and like new. The odometer shows just less than 31,000 miles; other attributes include significant mechanical reconditioning and improvements to ensure reliable driving, new fuel tank and fuel lines, new brakes and master cylinder and a new radiator and aftermarket engine cooling fan to ensure the V-8 Dauntless will not overheat.
