This “Big Healey” is from late in production and has recently had a no-expense-spared, ground-up restoration and a rotisserie by premier marque specialist, British Motor Corporation. All of their intensive work and detailing has been “carried out to the highest Austin-Healey Gold Concours Standards.”

The Austin-Healey is reported to have originally been a left-hand drive American export that was built in mid-July 1967 and dispatched approximately one month later. It is presented in the rare and spectacular colors of Metallic Golden Beige with a complete Red leather interior with Wilton carpets. This lovely 3000 MkIII also sports chromed and stainless Dayton wire wheels, adjustable Moto-Lita steering wheel on a vintage Les Liston base, heater, four-speed overdrive transmission, correct drivetrain, and complete photo documentation of this splendid restoration. Additional features include tools, owner's manual, convertible top boot and floor mats. This Austin-Healey has obviously been reconstructed to a high level of presentation by talented craftsmen. This was demonstrated at the 2012 British Car Show in Boca Raton, Florida when it was awarded Best in Class.
