In 1971 Mercedes-Benz introduced the all-new 450SL. This SL was faster than ever before and provided more luxury and improved handling through engineering refinements. 1980 was the last year the SL was available with the popular 4.5-liter V-8.
This particular 450SL has excellent black paint with a reported original interior and presents wonderfully in what is desribed as “perfect condition.” The tan leather interior has little wear and the automatic transmission makes for smooth touring. A radio, air conditioning with new compressor, power windows, cruise control, accessory hardtop and black canvas power soft-top are all included.
