The Lincoln Continental for 1965 was as luxurious and automated as any car available; interior controls are easily within ones fingertips. They were made with great care and craftsmanship to produce one of America’s most distinguished motorcars.

The long-admired lines of this Continental are well-presented utilizing the finest materials of the era to create a classic elegance. With its slab side styling and "suicide" doors for the rear passengers, there is no mistaking a 1960s era Continental for any other car. In an era predominantly recalled by automotive historians for its musclecars, the Lincoln Continental of that time bucks that trend by sticking to its luxury roots and doing so in a big way.

This particular Continental, Body Style 53A four-door sedan, is finished in color number 4, Neptune Blue, with a matching light blue interior and is believed to have been driven little since when new. Reported to remain in exceptional original condition, this example comes well-equipped with a 430-cid, 320-hp V-8 engine and an automatic transmission as well as optional and desirable air conditioning. The AM/FM radio was also an option. Among the standards on this luxury sedan were power side and vent windows, door locks, six-way seat, steering and brakes. Additional features include clock, numerous lighting groups, remote driver’s side mirror, plus it comes with a full size spare tire as well. Factory wheel covers and whitewall tires complete a very rich and stylish package.
