Accompanied by PHS documentation, window sticker and build sheet; this Polar White with blue trim and black interior Trans Am is reported as a very original car with one repaint. The interior, headliner, dash and wheels are all original to this car. The undercarriage is also stated to be very clean.
Delivered to Joe Coker Pontiac in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma around the end of May 1970 from its Los Angeles point of origin; the car came from the factory with many features. These include the 400-cid four-barrel carbureted Ram Air engine with a desirable four-speed manual transmission, Safe-T-Track differential, sport-type mirrors with driver’s remote, Rally gauge cluster, shaker hood, front and rear spoilers, Rally II wheels; power steering and brakes with front discs. Additional equipment consists of accessories like pushbutton radio with rear seat speaker, center console between bucket seats, floor mats, Soft-ray glass all-around, remote rear decklid, heavy-duty radiator and the custom trim grouping. The car had a suggested retail price of $4,703.09. The engine is reported as a “Ram Air III with Ram IV heads” and with 345 horsepower; it takes charge when moving this exciting car to comfortable highway speeds or accelerating well beyond.
