Of the 317,404 Mustangs produced for 1968, only 11,475 were built with the big block 325 horsepower 390-cid V-8. Only a fraction of those cars were GT coupes. This highly desirable Diamond Blue Ford is also equipped with black bucket seats and console, automatic transmission, power steering and power disc brakes. The interior hints to be very original. The trunk and engine compartments appear to be very correct and highly detailed with a chrome dress-up kit. The body and paint is straight and clean with no major issues to be found. The dual exhaust exits out the rear valance and GT wheels are mounted on all four corners as part of the GT package. This is a low-production Ford pony that is very seldom seen.
