With only 5,300 reported as being built in the then final year for a Buick convertible; this uncommon Buick most certainly has far fewer similar examples still in existence. The Buick is finished in what is described as a “custom white” with a white soft-top, plus a white with red interior. The seats are seen in white, while the dash, seatbelts, door panels and carpet are red in color.

The car is reported to have been restored with a new convertible top, new engine block, new muffler, new exhaust manifold, new alternator, new brake pads, new valve and belt system throughout. The car does have its original shocks, original red top boot, original interior (in “excellent” condition), and original panels that have been buffed, polished and retouched. Plus the LeSabre has a new audio system with a woofer. The car runs with a 350-cid V-8 engine with an automatic transmission. The engine is said to have approximately 5,000 miles on its new block and a two year warranty with all paperwork in order.

The car was garaged from 1990 until 2013 and the “very good condition” is said to reflect this storage time and associated work applied. The engine and undercarriage are solid, with some surface rust on the undercarriage. Both will benefit from detailing. Among the many features are air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, dual sport mirrors, factory wheel covers and whitewall tires.
