The road-going 360 had one special edition available, the Challenge Stradale, a more track-focused version of the 360 Modena. It included carbon seats, carbon fiber engine bay covers and stiffer suspension along with a freer-flowing exhaust, cloth seats, a stripped out interior, and even lighter bumpers in the name of reducing weight. It was highly effective, as Ferrari claimed the CS model dropped 240 pounds from the Modena. In the power department, minor engine upgrades led to a 20HP bump. To help reel that power in when needed, it was equipped with Enzo-style carbon ceramic brakes.
