Rolls Royce introduced the Corniche in 1966, offered in coupe and convertible form; it would be part of the lineup through 1995. The Corniche received a mild restyling in the spring of 1977 that included rack-and-pinion steering, aluminum radiator, oil cooler, bi-level air and more. This 1977 Rolls Royce Corniche is a desirable car because it’s presented in Ivory, and not a two-tone scheme many left the factory with. Powered by a 6.75-liter V-8 engine which is paired to a three-speed automatic transmission; despite its weight the car could still achieve a 120-mph top speed, and a 0- to 60-mph in less than ten seconds. The luxury is undeniable on this uncommon fixed head version. The interiors original green hides present beautifully. The interior features air conditioning as well as a radio. It is reported the consignor purchased this car from the original owner. The car has been serviced by Rolls-Royce marque specialists at Scott Motors.
