Popularly called the Porsche “930” Turbo because of the internal designation of its engine type linked to this number; this beautiful two-door 911 Turbo Coupe is an excellent representation of Porsche’s elegant design that is inherent in their vehicles and recognizable for the many years of presentation in this basic form. Its high performance turbocharged engine keeps the drive exciting and fast. Porsche’s legendary handling keeps the nose tight in on the corners, and it has the power to throttle out on the straightaways.

The mechanical aspects of the 911 Turbo are second to none. The cylinder bore was expanded and the compression ratio was reduced to 6.5:1. The crankcase was made of a sturdy aluminum alloy while the pistons were forged aluminum. These attributes enabled the 3.0-liter turbocharged flat-six engine to produce a powerful 260-hp. With its four-speed manual gearbox; it is said that the top speed was in excess of 155-mph.

All that built-up, high speed energy needs the proper equipment to be able to slow down and stop in a predictable manner as well. This is no problem with its ventilated disc brakes at all four corners of the vehicle. The sturdy suspension is equipped with gas-pressured shock absorbers. Other amenities include air conditioning, rear window wiper, and electronic windows. This car also includes Sport Seats, power sunroof, Fuchs wheels, rear window defogger, fold-down rear seats, spare and a toolkit. This car has the luxury of comfort and power to spare when needed.

Few options needed to be offered with the 911 (930) Turbo as it was thought to be one of the most completely equipped high performance sports cars in the world at the time of its availability. This sleek Porsche is painted with a Copper Brown Metallic and the interior is upholstered in tan. This Coupe has uncommon styling and legendary performance. It combined luxury and deep pile carpet with the uncanny force of its race-bred turbocharged engine and the distinctive visual presentation. The well-respected Porsche 911 Turbo produces a scintillating driving experience that is appreciated by those who search out the best performing cars and then have the abilities to push the car to its (almost) ragged edge.

The 911 Turbo is recognized as the fastest German production car of its time; all it needs is a new owner to carry on in the fine tradition of pure enjoyment driving such a respected machine.
