Ferrari introduced the 456 model in 1992, and later released the 456M in 1998. It featured the traditional front-engine rear-wheel drive configuration and represented Ferrari’s Grand Tourer offering. The ‘M’ designation stood for Modificata as the models had many changes compared to the standard 456. This included better cooling, improved aerodynamics, new interior design and subtle changes to the exterior. The engine produced the same power, but featured a different firing order for smoother operation. Approximately 3,289 (all versions) of the 456 were produced and of those roughly 650 were 456M GTAs.
This 2000 Ferrari 456M GTA is presented in Tour de France Blue. The car is powered by a 5.5-liter 436-hp V-12 engine which is paired to a four-speed automatic transmission. Power options on the car include power windows, steering and four-wheel disc brakes. The interior is completed in tan Connolly leather with blue piping it’s equipped with air conditioning as well as a radio. This interior/exterior combination is desirable for this model.
