The Rolls-Royce Corniche replaced the prior Silver Shadow Drophead and Fixed Head Coupe models in 1971, again in both the open and closed body styles. The Corniche name is derived from the Grande Corniche, the touring road high above the Mediterranean between Nice and Monte Carlo.

This lovely 1990 Rolls-Royce Corniche III has travelled only 53,000 approximate original miles and has recently been serviced. The mileage translates to around 2,200 sympathetic miles per year. The car has been beautifully kept, as one can clearly see. The series III cars received numerous mechanical and cosmetic upgrades over their Corniche II counterparts. This example is finished in a very special and quite rare color combination of Magnolia with Tahiti Blue Connolly hides. The car has been upgraded with chrome Rolls-Royce 15-inch wheels, sheepskin floor mats, gorgeous wood trim and has all of the luxury amenities that is expected from a Rolls-Royce of any age. Additional items with the Corniche are a boot cover, original manual and books, tools, clean Carfax history, and its service history. These are quite collectible, enjoyable and increasingly harder to locate.
