After the war, Jaguar Motor Company introduced the Mark IV to the market in late 1945. These cars are now regarded as the first official cars produced by Jaguar. The three-position Drophead coupe is distinctive, attractive and overall luxurious.
This particular car is equipped with a desirable combination of left-hand drive, four-speed gearbox, and Jaguars 3.5-liter inline six-cylinder engine producing 125-hp. Elegantly finished in a black exterior and a sumptuous burgundy leather interior and highly polished wood trim and dash, with complete instrumentation. The three-position top is black cloth and can be fully perpendicular, retracted over the seat or fully stowed. The trunk can be found with a full set of tools. The wire wheels have knock-off hubs and are fitted with blackwall tires.
This car was handsomely restored and every aspect of the car is presented well and is sure to please the next owner.
