Introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in 2003, the Gallardo was intended to complement the 12-cylinder Murciélago in Lamborghini’s model line. Far from “entry level”, however, the Gallardo was a 10-cylinder, fire-breathing supercar that not only offers world-class performance, but all the refinement and technology that Audi ownership has afforded the sports car manufacturer from Sant’Agata Bolognese.

Two years after the introduction of the coupe, the Gallardo Spyder was released. This new model featured a folding soft-top; the Spyder's top is a properly lined and insulated piece that stows or deploys noiselessly in just over 20 seconds, using electrohydraulic power from two actuators. Additionally there was 20 more horsepower, a lower ratio gearbox, recalibrated suspension, strengthened chassis and more precise steering. Its permanent all-wheel drive system makes it easy to use all 520-hp to their full potential.

This Gallardo Spyder is believed to be the only one built with the special order paint color of Rame Metallizzato. Unmarked black and natural tan leather cover the two-tone heated seats. Other options on this Lamborghini include E-Gear transmission, black brake calipers, thicker steering wheel, Callisto wheels, front hydraulic lift, rear view camera, branding package, special stitching, power seats and heated mirrors. The unique color combination looks exceptional and the interior shows very little wear due to its low mileage of less than 6,000 from new. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a lightly used Gallardo that will stand out from any other example on the road.
