For 1971 Dodge introduced an all-new third generation Charger with a new split grille and more rounded "fuselage" bodystyle. The hidden headlights became an option and so were the rear spoiler and Ramcharger hood. The Charger SE (Special Edition) offered is equipped with a 383 cubic inch V-8 Magnum engine, automatic transmission, factory air conditioning, unusual hide-away headlights, and has recently had a tune up. The odometer shows only 66,000 miles and its black vinyl interior presents very well. Its subtle color combination, black vinyl top, and hidden headlights suite the design of this Charger well.
