One of 400 manufactured, this four-door hardtop, five-passenger 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham has a 365-cid, dual four-barrel carbureted, 325-hp V-8 engine mated to a Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. The Eldorado Brougham-specific brushed stainless steel roof panel, “suicide” hinged rear doors without center post, and forged aluminum wheels display a distinctive elegance. Power equipment includes six-way front seat, antenna, windows, steering and brakes. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, automatic trunk release, signal-seeking twin-speaker radio, Air Spring suspension, leather interior, polarized sunvisors, cruise control, automatic release parking brake and automatic starter with restart function. The Eldorado Brougham was a hand-built, limited production car that sold new for $13,074. The Eldorado Brougham is one of the indisputable highwater marks in the storied marque's history.
