The most powerful engine installed by Chevrolet factories into production cars was the big-block 427. This luxurious Caprice has the mighty 427 engine beneath the hood and is only advertised externally by the small 427 fender badges or by the unique sound of the running big-block. It is very well accessorized with factory air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, AM/FM radio, leather bucket seat interior, console with shifter for the automatic transmission, and rally wheels with vintage style bias-ply Goodyear tires. It is noted that each area of this car including the paint, body, interior, and engine bay have all been restored and have outstanding presentation.
