This FJ40 soft top, 4x4 Land Cruiser was cared for properly and serviced before restoration by FJ Legends. It was originally purchased by an energy company and then utilized to transport industry engineers. It has recently had a frame-off restoration, with great effort applied to keep the vehicle within primarily original specifications.
The FJ40 has been fully repainted in code 033 Factory White and continues to display most of its factory specifications with upgrades that include new rubber, new air conditioning, and front disc brakes. The driveline is reported to be correct from new. This includes the 4.2-liter six-cylinder engine, four-speed manual transmission, and differentials that were all intensively examined and serviced per requirements. The chassis and adjoining hardware has also been professionally repainted. Toyota factory equipment has been used in any replacement of the electrical components and the carburetor is also new.
The interior has been reupholstered in a tangerine tone and maintains the original specifications for that desirable factory look. The instruments and switches are either new or restored, as well as all emblems, and lights. There is a winch on the front, a rear-mounted spare, power brakes, fold-down windshield, auxiliary front lights, and opposing flip-up rear seats.
