By the early 1950s, Cadillac had displaced Packard at the summit of the American fine car market, and in late 1953, the Motorama-inspired Eldorado crowned its model range. Fitted with a fashionable wraparound windshield, a luxurious custom interior and a daring beltline dip; the 1953 Eldorado carried a staggering price of $7,750.

This Cadillac has been finished with white paintwork and a new black convertible top, which features a convertible boot. The outside of the car is adorned with excellent brightwork, through-bumper exhaust, fender skirts, Continental kit, Kelsey Hayes wire wheels and wide whitewall tires. The interior is finished with red and white leather upholstery. Options found in the interior include an Autronic-Eye, pushbutton radio and an electric clock. The heart of this Cadillac is a powerful V-8 engine that is connected to an automatic transmission. This car is equipped with power steering and power brakes.
