This is an extremely rare six-passenger model which is reported to be a special order vehicle and is one of 977 produced in the 1959 model year. The Chrysler has an excellent ownership history, and the purchase includes inspection receipts that document the approximate 48,000 miles on the odometer (title is exempt). Among the seldom-seen accessories of the period are air conditioning, power rear window, power steering, power brakes, wire wheels, whitewall tires, full tinted glass, factory seatbelts, two-tone paint scheme, backup lights and factory radio. This beauty runs with a V-8 engine matched to a pushbutton automatic transmission and is described to “ride, drive and handle as great as it looks.” The Town & Country wagon is restored and was formerly park of the Gary Garren Collection.
