In 1957 the Pontiac Star Chief was in its final year of second generation production. The car was offered in either standard or custom series. It also marked the Star Chief line’s final year representing the top-of-the-line-car from Pontiac as that honor was passed onto the Bonneville in 1958.

This 1957 Pontiac Star Chief has benefitted from a rotisserie restoration to like-original specifications, completed in July of 2015. The car is presented in a deep shade of black with chrome and stainless accents throughout the vehicle. The car rides on wide whitewall tires with spinner wheel covers. It’s powered by a V-8 engine which is paired to an automatic transmission. Power equipment on the car includes power windows, steering and brakes. The power windows and glass are reported to be new. The interior of the car is completed in white featuring rebuilt factory air conditioning as well as a rebuilt Wonder Bar radio. Additional features on the car include electric wipers and accompanying washer. The brakes and fuel tank have also been reconditioned.
