Chevrolet introduced the Chevelle in 1964. For the 1966 model year the car received a restyling which featured a more streamlined appearance with a larger grille. Nineteen sixty-seven saw minor styling changes as well, most notable at the rear of the car, which now featured wraparound tail lamps. This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle is presented in red with chrome fender moldings as well as front and rear bumpers. The car rides on low profile tires which are mounted on aftermarket wheels – 19-inch in front and 20-inch at the rear. The wheels give the car a unique look, and blends well with the styling of the car. The Chevelle is powered by a 350-cid V-8 engine which is paired to a floor-shift automatic transmission. Power equipment on the car includes power steering and brakes. The interior is completed in black featuring a bench seat, column mounted AutoMeter Sport-Comp tachometer, under dash accessory gauges, clock and aftermarket radio unit.
