In 2006, at the Detroit Motor Show, Dodge unveiled the new Dodge Challenger concept car. From the prototype to the actual production car; Dodge did an excellent job of adapting many styling ques from the much loved 1970 Challenger. In 2007, Dodge started to take deposits for the new Challenger which was scheduled for release in February of 2008.
Offered here is a 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 with less than 800 miles registered on the odometer. Making this car very special is a 6.1-liter Hemi V-8 engine with 425 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque. Backing this strong engine is a five-speed “AutoStick” transmission. The curvaceous exterior is finished with Hemi Orange paint with black racing stripes on the cowl hood; and a black trunk-mounted spoiler. The car is riding on large five-spoke forged wheels.
