The total frame-off restoration has been finished to a prestigious level. Everything was touched during this restoration; from brightwork to mechanical. Total investment in the restoration exceeded $98,000. The exterior is finished beautifully in Shimmering Purple paint, while being complimented by a deluxe white interior and white power convertible top.
Under the hood of this street rod Ford is a 350-cid, 370-hp V-8 engine. An automatic transmission with a Lokar Shifter backs this stout engine and is connected to a 9-inch Ford polished rear differential. To help handle the power and for overall strength, the frame has been fully boxed and closed. The chassis also features Heidt front suspension, polished lower control arms, rack and pinion power steering, power four-wheel disc brakes, Boyd Coddington chrome alloy wheels and Heidt 9-inch Superide rear suspension.
Inside the car is a beautiful custom interior that features power seats, tinted windows, custom sound system, navigation system, banjo steering wheel and full electronic instrumentation.
Every bit of this car has been thoughtfully built to complete a flowing street rod from the Cadillac custom painted air cleaner, to the powder coated undercarriage. This Ford is a prime example of a well thought out and executed plan.
