According to the VIN on this Thunderbird and the Thunderbird Registry; this Thunderbird was produced for the Ford Motor Company’s pavilion at the New York World’s Fair in 1964. The owner believes that this is car was used in the Magic Skyway. Production for this vehicle was scheduled on August 8, 1963. This Thunderbird is finished in Prairie Tan paint and matched by a Palomino vinyl interior. The engine compartment contains the stout V-8 engine. The transmission is a Cruise-O-Matic paired to a 3.00:1 gear ratio differential. From the factory, the car was fitted with SelectAire air conditioning, spinner wheels covers, fender skirts, in-dash radio; power windows, steering, brakes and convertible top.
