Highly modified, this XKR features over $110,000 in upgrades and is potentially the fastest early XKR in the country. The major upgrades include the engine being upgraded to the 4.2 lower end, ported cylinder heads, reground camshafts, heavier valve springs, a Kenne Bell twin-screw 2.6 HO supercharger, and a 3.77 limited-slip differential. To fully take advantage of these upgrades the car was fitted with a custom 3.5-inch air intake pipe with K&N cone filter, Arden exhaust with custom x-pipe, and a Killer Chiller with isolated cooling system and additional pump as well as water/methanol injection for additional cooling.

To handle the power the car was upgraded with Alcon six-piston front calipers and four-piston rear calipers as well as Wilwood 410-mm drilled and slotted rotors. It rides on upgraded Arden Sportline wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Additionally the suspension has been modified and fitted with R Performance shocks front and rear and steering rack and mounts, Arden springs, front sway bar, Ultra Racing front and rear cross braces and rear 20-mm sway bar, Powerflex suspension bushings and switchable steering.

Styling-wise the car has been modified to include Arden mirrors, bodywork, and side sills, as well as a Paragon Performance front bumper and Arden taillamps that were custom molded into the bodywork. It also has a Arden rear decklid spoiler and an extremely rare Arden hardtop. It has also been fitted with Xenon headlights from a later car.

Inside the Recaro seats were redone in all leather, as was the dash and all interior trim pieces. The rear seat has been deleted and the car was fitted with a Safety Devices rollbar. It features a custom carbon fiber steering wheel and dash, as well as other carbon fiber accents, Arden racing pedals and stainless trim around the vents. The car features K40 radar in both front and rear with laser and Valentine One installed into the rearview mirror. The sound system has been upgraded to include Alpine front door speakers, JL Audio subwoofers with an Alpine amp and shakers mounted under the seats. An iPod interface was also installed as was a DVD player and backup camera both wired into the navigation system. The interior also features a boost gauge as well as supercharger cooling circuit gauges that are mounted to the driver side A-pillar.

Additionally the engine compartment has been upgraded with various carbon fiber-looking trim pieces and many components including the supercharger have been polished. There are many more upgrades that have not been listed, but total in excess of $110,000, not including the purchase price of the car. This XKR has been well-maintained and remains in excellent condition, plus it is said to run and drive great.
