Of the 21,801 Corvettes produced for 1971, only 1,949 were optioned with the LT-1 350-cid V-8 that produced 330 horsepower. The engine has solid valve lifters, factory high performance camshaft, Holley four-barrel carb on an aluminum intake manifold, plus it is dressed up with aluminum finned valve covers and chromed air cleaner. The LT-I Corvette also has the desirable four-speed manual transmission with a Posi-traction rear end with 3.55:1 gearing. The drivetrain is reported as correct to this car.

The car is finished in Classic White with a Saddle vinyl interior; among the equipment you will find the LT-1 hood with appropriate graphics, T-tops that fit and align tightly, removable rear window, luggage rack, Rally wheels, AM/FM factory Delco radio (still works), sport steering wheel, factory gauges with tach; power steering and four-wheel disc brakes. The body is reported as straight and the original chrome bumpers still display “great.” This is a nice driver-quality example that has what many say is the strongest factory small-block ever offered, as its driving force.
