Fun begins with the Spyder 164-cid, 150-hp turbocharged flat six-cylinder engine, add the four-speed manual transmission and you have an unusual American performance platform. The Monza Spyders have distinctive badging, brushed –chrome instrument cluster with tachometer, trip odometer, special gauges and their own unique wheel covers. This red with red interior example has a new white convertible top, and is reported as being cosmetically restored, also exhibiting new paint and interior. The 77,000 miles on the odometer are said to be actual. The Monza also is equipped with an AM radio.
