390 bhp, 4,601 cc DOHC supercharged V-8 engine, six-speed manual transmission, front suspension with MacPherson struts and an anti-roll bar, multi-link rear suspension with coil springs and an anti-roll bar, and four-wheel ventilated disc brakes with ABS. Wheelbase: 101.3 in.

The most powerful production Mustang at its unveiling was the SVT Cobra, as it provided pony-car enthusiasts with 390 horsepower and 390 foot-pounds of torque thanks to an Eaton Roots-type supercharger. With the end of production of the Camaro and Firebird in 2002, the Mustang, and the SVT Cobra in particular, was handedly the top dog in the world of modern muscle cars.

This particular 2003 SVT Cobra Convertible is a limited 10th anniversary edition example, of which only 1,000 were built. It was purchased new by Mr. Pack in 2003 and is finished in Torch Red with a matching Charcoal and Red leather interior. It also has numerous special features, which include split seven-spoke 17-inch wheels, red-painted brake calipers, and “10th Anniversary” badging on the floor mats and deck lid. The steering wheel is still wrapped in plastic, and both the exterior and interior show nary a flaw. It is presented in as-new condition, with the odometer showing an incredible 28.5 miles from new.

The SVT Cobra is undoubtedly the most celebrated convertible of its generation, and this example is quite possibly the finest of its kind in existence.
