130 hp, 305 cu. in. L-head V-12 engine, three-speed manual transmission with overdrive, leaf spring and solid axle front suspension, leaf spring and live axle rear suspension, and four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. Wheelbase: 125 in.

The Continental featured here is one of just 452 convertibles produced for the model year. The Henry Ford Museum-supplied production card for this car indicates that this Lincoln was shipped to its original sales branch on February 6, 1948. Today, it is offered in restored condition and finished as original, in Regal Blue with custom tan leather upholstery and a matching tan top. During the restoration process, which included stripping the car to bare metal, it was found to show no signs of rust or accident damage. In 2007, the interior was re-upholstered to factory specifications by leading Lincoln upholstery specialists Tailored Trim, Inc., of Ohio, for the sum of $17,400. This luxuriously appointed cabriolet came equipped with overdrive, an AM radio, heater, chrome bands, fog lamps, and Goodyear tires. The odometer shows just over 64,000 miles, which are believed original. The presentation of this Lincoln, with minimal use since the completion of the restoration, is worthy of close inspection.
