Built to European specifications, this F355 GTS was delivered new to its first owner, Rosciano Pasquale of Rimbach, Germany in July of 1997 by Ferrari Autohaus Ulrich Gmbh of Frankfurt. The car was finished in Ferrari’s traditional hue of Rosso Corsa over a Nero leather interior, just as it presents today, and was outfitted with the traditional six-speed manual gearbox.

The car’s original service book shows that it returned to Autohaus Ulrich in August 1998 for its first service, having covered 10,250 km at that point. Further services are recorded in the service book at Autohaus Ulrich in July of 1999 (16,696 km) and August 2001 (21,275 km). By 2004, the F355 GTS had returned to its native Italy having been purchased by an owner in Rome. The car was serviced by Centroauto Roma S.r.l. in May of 2005 at 25,000 km. Four years later, the car returned to Centroauto Roma in December 2009 for another annual service at 26,650 km. In 2016, the car was purchased by an owner in Bologna.

The F355 GTS remained in Italy until its acquisition by the current owner, believed to be its fourth private owner, in 2022. Prior to being shipped to the United States, a major service including replacement of the timing belts was carried out by Autofficina Sauro of Bologna in June of 2022 which also included fitting four new tires, refinishing the wheels, and repainting the car’s rear bumper, at which time the car was showing 28,601 km on its odometer. This was done at a cost of €15,224.07.

After being imported to the U.S. in late 2022, the F355 was shipped to the current owner’s home state of South Carolina, where it resides today. It received an annual service was carried out by European Road and Racing of North Charleston, South Carolina in July of 2023 at 29,085 km. In March 2025, the car returned to European Road and Racing for an annual service and at the same time, the fuel pumps were replaced at 29,773 km. Most recently, the car received a new battery and a fresh annual service earlier this summer. The car’s front tires are dated 23/20 and the rear tires are dated 8/21. The car has also been granted Ferrari Classiche certification in January 2026, confirming that the car retains its original chassis, engine, gearbox, and bodywork. Finally, the car is accompanied by its original manuals including the aforementioned original service book, the original tool kit, tire inflator, as well as two sets of keys and a car cover.

For many, a six-speed manual F355 GTS is the sweet spot in the F355 range. Rarer than the Berlinetta and the Spider whilst offering the benefits of both its siblings in one glorious package, the F355 GTS would also be the final targa-topped Ferrari, with the 360 Modena only being offered in Coupe and Spider body styles. For either a seasoned collector or someone looking to enjoy their first Ferrari, this F355 GTS checks all the right boxes and this is perhaps the only Classiche certified, European specification, manual F355 GTS in the United States. Needless to say, this is a car not to be missed.
