There are few cars which can rival the Austin-Healey 3000 series for affordable driving thrills. It is a sports car which has proven its adapability by being competitive in motorsports or just providing the thrill of negotiating a drivers favorite twisty backroad and anything in between. It has done this affordably and yet still held its head high on show fields the world over parked next to sports cars with higher dollar values and far more difficult mechanicals.
This attractive 3000 has had a full body off concours restoration by Kurt Tanner. In addition to the cosmetics, the mechanical aspects of this car have also been totally rebuilt and has gathered only test miles since the restoration was completed.
