Commemorating one of Ferrari’s most iconic models, the 275 book is a comprehensive tribute to one of the most influential road cars in the marque’s history. Produced between 1964 and 1968, the Ferrari 275 established a new benchmark for the grand touring automobile, uniting competition-derived engineering with refinement and elegance in a manner that continues to define Ferrari’s most celebrated road cars.
Limited to 1,275 copies worldwide, the 275 book opens with a personal foreword from Piero Ferrari, drawing from memories with his father Enzo Ferrari and offering reflections on the formative years of the 275. The book presents an extensive period-correct color catalogue, previously unpublished original Ferrari factory production and technical documentation, and contemporary insight into the model’s lasting relevance, including a feature with Scuderia Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc and his very own Ferrari 275.
Offered here is the first copy produced, presenting the ultimate collector’s edition, personally signed by Enzo Mattioli Ferrari, great-grandson of Enzo Ferrari. As the inaugural example from the limited edition, this copy holds a singular position within the series and represents a unique opportunity for collectors of significant Ferrari literature and automobilia.
All proceeds from this lot will support The Cavallino Classic Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) committed to the preservation and celebration of automotive craftsmanship, and to giving back locally by funding scholarships through the Palm Beach Police and Fire Foundation and the A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach.
As such, this example combines scholarly importance, direct family provenance, and a meaningful charitable purpose, making it a compelling and unrepeatable offering.
