1932 was a landmark year for Ford Motor Company. It marked the debut of the now-classic “Deuce”, and the flathead V-8 that would soldier on in various guises for 22-years. But not every potential buyer was looking for innovation or more power and Ford management made sure the venerable four-cylinder Model A mill was still available, although slightly updated.

This rare Model B truck has been restored and is still fitted with the 205.5-cid four-cylinder engine with automatic spark advance, mated to a three-speed manual transmission. It also retains its original steel body that is finished with a nice paint application. The interior was replaced and looks correct to the period. The restored chassis has been upgraded to four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. The owner states that Bob Mosier of Mosier Restorations has recently gone through this truck to make it a “turnkey” driving example.
