The Ford Mustang Mach 1 was a performance option package initially made available on the 1969 Mustang and continued through 1978. It was resurrected in 2003 only to be discontinued after the 2004 model year. Only available on the “SportsRoof” body, the Mach 1 package included special graphics, upgraded suspension and a variety of high performance engines, transmissions and cosmetic options.
Offered is a beautiful 1970 Mustang Mach 1 in Grabber Blue with Black interior. This heavily optioned Mach 1 includes the M-code CV8 351-cid, 300-hp engine mated to a Hurst four-speed manual transmission. Equipped with the dealer installed front and rear spoilers as well as the rear window louvers known in factory literature as “Sports Slats,” the Mustang is complemented with Magnum 500 wheels on BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.
