The 1930 Ford Model A Fordor Sedan was given a generous facelift for this model year and was widely considered to be handsomely conservative. It was a substantial car that had a wide application with numerous body styles available, all with great appeal to the customers of the period. The Fordor was roomy with a family-sized interior that was trimmed with excellent taste. The upholstery fittings were rich and durable and the front seat was adjustable for the driver’s comfort. The rear seat could easily seat three and Ford offered a wide selection of body colors.

This nicely presented Ford has been restored with only 900 miles driven since completion. The body by Murray sedan displays a pleasing green-tone on the bodywork with black fenders, plus yellow wire wheels and tasteful yellow pinstripes. With a light brown interior; the car has been mildly altered with safety-oriented extras like seatbelts and turn signals. It also has been converted to a 12-volt system.

Among the many original highlights are a tilt-out windshield, external windshield visor, etched windwings, dual sidemounts, rear-mounted trunk, cowllights, dual taillights, whitewall tires, grille guard and radiator mascot. Wonderful to look at and reminisce; the Ford Model A is also a pleasure to drive and share with others.
