Beginning in 1979, Dodge came out with the first iteration of this platform and so, according to Dodge writings at the time, they began the front-wheel drive revolution in sport coupes. Then the manufacturer began the refinements; then the revival of the iconic Charger nameplate.
They installed a strong 2.2-liter four-cylinder engine that is, in this instance, matched with a manual transmission. Featuring red paint and a gray and black interior, this example comes equipped with side ducts behind the front wheels, sunroof, hood scoop, Rallye wheels, foglights and cloth bucket seats.
