“Time Warp” is sometimes the best way to describe certain cars. Corvette owners are known for using the term, “survivor.” One of the finest original examples of the oft-forgotten Torino GT is offered here. Research shows this fastback being last offered in 2009: “… never seen bad weather and has only 30,810 original miles. It still retains its original finishes including paint and interior…” Driven only a single mile in more than four years, it remains in exemplary shape. It was well equipped from new, with a Thunder-Jet 429 V-8, automatic transmission, power steering and brakes, AM radio, hideaway headlamps, sport stripes and the GT twin-scoop hood. The vintage paint and trim shows only minor flaws, as anticipated from an original finish. Non-restored musclecars are rarely found, and this Ford is one of the best least-used examples of its kind.
