One of 792,651 built, but very few that survived which were restored to this condition. This is a 1923 Ford Model T three-door touring car. Of course it’s black inside and out. And of course it has the usual 177-cid, 20-hp flathead four-cylinder engine with semi-automatic planetary transmission. However, this T is set up for touring. The engine was rebuilt by Ken Pruis including a distributor and water pump, has been converted to an alternator, has new hydraulic disc brakes on rear and turn signals for safety. A speedometer was also fitted. The transmission was rebuilt with Kevlar bands. This is a "T" you can drive about anyplace at near highway speeds.
