One of only 3,101 manufactured, this low mileage 1990 Cadillac Allante is powered by a 273-cid V-8 engine with an aluminum block and sequential port fuel-injection that produces 200-hp coupled to a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and electronic shift control. The limited production Allante features the optional aluminum hard top and standard black canvas power top: other convenience items include air conditioning, leather seats and power features such as seats, antenna, heated mirrors, steering and anti-lock brakes. The bodywork was designed and built by Pininfarina of Italy. Each unit was shipped via a modified Boeing 747 and was tested by engineers who were required to sign off on each vehicle.
