This 1963 Gran Turismo Hawk is powered by Studebaker's 289 cubic inch V-8 with dual exhausts and an automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, pushbutton radio, radial tires with narrow whitewalls and full hubcaps. It has come from a long term owner who showed it frequently and trophied regularly. It is a straight, attractive, well-sorted car with nice paint, sound chrome and a good interior. Painted bright red with a matching interior and black carpets and door panels, it has wonderful eye-appeal. The engine compartment is attractively and correctly done to factory standards. The wood grain dashboard attractively displays the GT Hawks purposeful round gauges and speedometer. It drives well, showing the effect of caring ownership and consistent maintenance.
