A period advertisement exclaimed “Feast Your Eyes!” This new Ford featured a larger body, larger luggage capacity and the driver’s seat was raised to give a more comfortable seating position for the driver and passengers. The two of the main trim packages that were available for this year were the Super Deluxe and the Deluxe. The Super Deluxe models were identified by chrome moldings that were found on the running board edges and on the grille sections. The Deluxe models lacked chrome moldings and were presented with only the center section of the grille being chromed.

The 1941 Ford offered here is a Deluxe three-passenger coupe. This body is often referred to as a business coupe because it lacks a back seat, allowing the trunk to stretch all the way to the front seat. This car is also fitted with a fixed package tray that sits right behind the driver’s seat. The interior is tailored with a tan bench seat, indash radio, dual sunvisors, woodgrain dash panel and a cabin heater. Under the hood is a nicely detailed 221-cid flathead V-8 engine that is married to a three-speed manual transmission. The exterior is finished in black with whitewall tires, polished wheel rings, polished center caps and fender skirts. Highlighting the exterior are the chrome bumpers, which are fitted with bumper guards and the front bumper sports a special “catwalk” grill guard.
