Part of the late and respected William “Bill” Kirby collection is this nicely restored Chevrolet Series 6100 Road Tractor that is presented in red with black wheels (dually’s at the back) with brightly finished side tanks. The truck is powered by an inline Thriftmaster six-cylinder engine and paired with a four-speed manual main transmission with a three-speed auxiliary and a two-speed rea end. The cab exhibits the popular styling seen on the GM light-duty trucks of this time period by having the convex rear quarter windows. You also see roof running lights, a driver’s side spotlight and front bumper-mounted amber turn signal/marker lights.
