The timeless design of the first generation Thunderbird is presented in a mechanically-updated package that is sure to stand apart. The Wineberry restomod has a Tan and Wineberry custom interior and the platform rides on an Art Morrison Air Ride chassis that is driven by a powerful supercharged Ford Racing 302-cid, 485-hp V-8 engine with GT 40 aluminum heads and BBK Performance headers. This is matched to a three-speed TCI StreetFighter C4 automatic transmission and a nine-inch Ford rear end with 3.50:1 gearing. Additional high-end equipment is found with a Ron Davis radiator, MSD ignition, Coddington alloy wheels, Wilwood brakes, Flaming River steering column, Holley fuel pump and KRC power steering. The Thunderbird is plumbed with braided lines and the steering components are from the ever-reliable Mustang II. The Ford has undergone a frame-off process and includes a new top and framework, plus a CD is on-board to add to your driving pleasure. The Thunderbird also has body-colored bumpers and is beautifully presented throughout.
