The MG TF brought a more modern facelift to the TD that it was replacing. The TF was now three-inches lower, a sloping grille concealing the radiator and headlights faired in with the fenders. The cars were also fitted with a new pressurized cooling system.
The exterior on this car has had a repaint in red, while the interior is said to be original sporting black bucket seats, wood shifter knob and sport steering wheel. The engine is an inline four-cylinder fueled by dual carburetors and backed by a manual transmission. It has a luggage rack, spare tire, RAC badge and the chrome bumpers are reported as original. This car was last purchased in 2005 and has participated in multiple car shows.
