The Lincoln Capri line was competing with the Cadillac Series 62 and Packard Series 400 in the beginning in 1952. For its first model year, 14,342 units were sold. The Capri model constantly outsold the Cosmopolitan model also offered by Lincoln, up until its demise. 1955 was the introduction of the 341-cid engine for Lincoln; these were mated to the three-speed Turbo-Drive automatic transmissions.
Offered here, in what is said to be original condition, is a wonderful 1955 Lincoln Capri Sport Coupe.
