Also introduced as part of being “Economical” in 1975 were GM’s High Energy electric ignition, “Econominder” gauge package including a temperature gauge and a “fuel econominder” which alerted drivers when their driving caused the engine to use more or less fuel
Also new for 1975 were the 50/50 seating option as well as intermittent wipers
