The Cadillac Eldorado was the longest running line of the American luxury car segment casting a wave of cars through 11 generations. In 1976, when all other domestic convertibles had vanished, GM heavily promoted the American industry's only remaining convertible as "the last American convertible". Only 14,000 Eldorado’s would be sold and many were purchased as investments. This survivor is an example with very low mileage, showing only 3,704 miles. This has all-original Phoenician Ivory paint and interior with an upgraded Continental kit completing it with its fifth wheel located on the rear, wire-spoke wheels, and Vogue tires. Under the hood features 500-cid V-8 with a four-barrel carburetor, and beneath, an automatic transmission. Amenities include all the power options, fiberglass parade boot, and air conditioning.
