The 993-generation of Porsche’s 911 is widely regarded as the last ever pure and true 911, as it was the final 911 to sport an air-cooled flat-six cylinder engine at its heart. The Carrera C4 Cabriolet submodel was introduced in 1998 with standard features including all-wheel drive and a 3.6-liter flat six engine factory-rated at 282 horsepower.

Produced in October of 1997 and delivered new to Jack Daniels Motors in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, it is one of just 143 examples of the model produced for North America during the 1998 model year.
