Nowadays it seems like most watch manufacturers try to claim sporting heritage, especially aligning themselves with motorsports. One of the first watch manufacturers to dominate timekeeping was Heuer, and naturally they became the watches of choice for many legendary racing drivers such as Juan Manuel Fangio and Steve McQueen.

Approximately 25% larger than a standard stopwatch, Heuer’s reference 11.404 chronograph stopwatch can register up to 1/5 of a second and elapsed time over 12 hours, in addition to being able to tell the time of day. Shock-protected with a Valjoux 9 movement, this is truly a jack-of-all-trades stopwatch. It presents beautifully and is accompanied by a Heuer presentation box.
